Everything we do fits into three engagements. Each has a clear scope, a fixed price and a named person responsible.
Discovery & prototype
Two to four weeks. We map the problem, define the smallest useful product and build a working prototype you can put in front of real users.
Build
Six to sixteen weeks. Design and engineering in one team, weekly demos, staging environment from day one. Delivery includes documentation, tests and a handover session.
Operate
Monthly agreement. Monitoring, dependency updates, backups, security patches and a response-time commitment. Hours not used roll over to feature work.
